Policy Scope

This policy applies to paid administrative or planning services, if offered, connected to activity coordination.

Cancellation

Cancellations requested 48 hours or more before delivery are generally eligible for full return.

Partial Return Cases

When preparation work has started, partial return may apply in proportion to work already completed.

Processing Period

Approved returns are processed within 10 business days through the original payment method when available.

Distance Sales Rights

Mandatory rights under Swedish and EU consumer law remain applicable and are not limited by this policy.
